Bonnie Dennison and Alison Barton, a.k.a. BONABART, are a writing and directing duo based in Los Angeles. They are writers on the upcoming Amazon series “Ride Or Die” starring Hannah Waddingham and Octavia Spencer. Their series “Granted” is currently in development at Warner Bros Animation with Elizabeth Banks’ Brownstone Productions attached.
As directors, they are known for generating comedic commercial content with a quirky edge. Some of their favorite campaigns have been for brands like Wendy's, Got Milk, Cottonelle, Subway, Spotify, and Liquid Death, with performers like Mindy Kaling, John Cena, Tom Segura, Terry Crews, Ken Jeong, Kenan Thompson, and Martha Stewart.
They are most happy when they are writing funny stories, devising ideas with like-minded creatives, adding an unexpected flair to scripts, and creating inventive content that “stops the scroll.” Mostly though, they are happiest when working together.
